Qualifications

• Strong fund accounting background in VC/PE sector (employee, auditor, or administrator)
• Experience across multiple functions such as management company accounting desirable
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• The Controller will report directly to the CFO and serve as the second-ranking accounting professional.
• Oversee the fund accounting function and an additional accounting resource, with broader exposure to investor reporting, transaction activity, tax, and audit.
• Contribute to firm-wide process improvements and grow into broader Controller responsibilities
