The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, and 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly private equity. Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience in financial services.
• Experience managing the annual audit process with a Big 4 firm.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including payroll and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Skills

Hands-on experience with fund accounting

Expert knowledge of US GAAP

High proficiency in accounting software

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong leadership capabilities

Education
