Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in the FDA-regulated life sciences sector. You will drive planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout while ensuring adherence to cGMP, codes, OSHA, and client standards.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, 8+ years in construction management or industrial projects, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license active.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, building codes, and project controls.
• Experience managing FDA-regulated construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, codes, OSHA, environmental, and client standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Provide technical leadership and site inspections to verify quality and safety.
