PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation for Life Sciences, seeks a Lead Construction Manager to lead construction execution across pharmaceutical capital projects, overseeing field teams, contractor performance, safety, quality and project delivery to achieve mechanical completion.

You will drive planning with contractors, champion GMP practices, support design input and value engineering, and lead project performance reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience.
• Senior construction management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries (≥10 years).
• OSHA 30 certification required; CSP or equivalent preferred.
• PMP certification and AGC/CMAA membership preferred.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred.

• Provide constructability input during design and support value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior construction management role supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industry projects.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-discipline, multi-contractor construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality, scheduling, and project controls.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• PMP certification and AGC/CMAA membership preferred.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
