Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior PDS Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for project and facilities initiatives in the Real Estate & Construction space. This remote role drives TCO reductions and supplier performance improvements while partnering with internal stakeholders to simplify processes and strengthen compliance.

The position emphasizes analytics, contract oversight, and supplier relationship management to advance procurement effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proven track record in construction management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing practices in the Construction and Real Estate industry is a plus.

• Execute strategic sourcing for project and facilities management initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership
• Enhance the sourcing function through cross-functional collaboration and process simplification
• Use data analytics to inform sourcing strategy and drive results
• Advance the preferred supplier program and strengthen supplier relationships
• Manage RFP and bid processes while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies
• Build relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to support contract compliance
• Support diversity programs and mentor suppliers through meetings

For our client, we are seeking a Senior PDS Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will drive strategic sourcing efforts across project and facilities initiatives, with a focus on lowering total cost of ownership and improving supplier performance. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders to simplify processes, strengthen compliance, and support better sourcing outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that combines analytics, contract oversight, and supplier relationship management to help advance procurement effectiveness across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000 annually
