Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Senior Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to service customers at client locations or on-site. You will repair dents using our proprietary PDR process, review results with customers, and write work orders while promoting our services.

Strong communication, independence, and the physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather are essential. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
