Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Senior Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician who travels to customer sites or works at assigned locations to repair dents using our PDR process. You will review work, write orders, and secure approvals while building strong client relationships.

This role offers uncapped commissions with starting compensation of $50,000-$150,000/year, plus comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, gas card, mobile phone, and tools allowance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capable of outdoor work in various weather.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
