Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Senior Paintless Dent Repair Technician to travel to customer sites or work at an assigned location to repair dents using our proprietary PDR process.

You will review work with customers, write orders, and negotiate approvals while building strong relationships to promote our services. The role emphasizes independence, hands-on skill, and customer interaction in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard's PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
