Sharp HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in California to provide direct and indirect patient care across assigned units. You will perform the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and support patient and family education throughout the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include coordinating transfers, supervising care delivery, and serving as a resource for staff. Requires CA RN license and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 3+ years clinical nursing experience.
• California RN license (CA Board of Registered Nursing) required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Perform nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe, therapeutic care.
• Coordinate care and supervise unit staff; may serve as relief charge nurse.
• Teach patient education and coordinate discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
