Qualifikationen

• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional required.
• ACLS Certification - American Heart Association preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Document care according to department guidelines; maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families; advocate for patient needs.
• Delegate tasks appropriately; supervise care delivery and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education with the health care team.
