Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• California RN license required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Delegate and communicate care delivery expectations to the care team.
• Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document per guidelines; ensure accuracy of charting and care plans.
• Assist with transfer/discharge planning and patient education.
