Sharp HealthCare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in California to provide direct and indirect nursing care across the continuum. You will perform the nursing process, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with supervision on complex cases, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of clinical experience; ACLS is preferred. Weekend as-needed shifts and a 12/36 hour shift pattern apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 3 Years Clinical experience.
• California RN - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional - REQUIRED.

Responsabilités

• Delegate and supervise care delivery; assign tasks and supervise accordingly.
• Document per guidelines; maintain concise patient care records.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families; advocate for patient needs.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education; coordinate care with the team.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team; communicate patient needs clearly.
