Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Electronics, CE or related field.
• 8+ years in test engineering in EMS/PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Proven expertise in PCBA Functional Testing, ICT, and Flying Probe.
• Experience with NPI, production ramp-up, yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Test Engineering team.
• Develop, validate, and maintain PCBA test solutions.
• Partner with NPI and Manufacturing to ensure production readiness.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
• Improve first-pass yield, test coverage, and cycle times.
