Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years college or equivalent and 2–5 years PCB manufacturing experience.
• 5 years plus experience in quality/process improvement activities or 4 years plus project engineer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review customer documents and develop processes.
• Support SMT line: program and troubleshooting.
• Create profiles for reflow and wave process.
• Create Process Travelers.
• Lead the resolution on manufacturing technical issues in partnership with other teams.
• Establish procedures related to manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Create tooling to ensure productivity and quality.
• Supervise, monitor and assign duties during manager absence.
