Qualifications

• 8+ years of process engineering experience in high-technology electronics manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, stencil printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow, wave/ selective soldering, coating, underfill and depanelization.
• Strong experience improving yield, quality, throughput and cycle time.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex process issues using statistical methods and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting NPI, technology transfers, equipment qualification and process validation.
• Hands-on knowledge of DOE, SPC, PFMEA and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive PCBA process development and optimization to improve quality, cost, delivery and efficiency.
• Evaluate product designs and manufacturing processes using DFX methodologies.
• Establish robust, repeatable process parameters for production.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for process issues.
• Champion yield, productivity, throughput, cycle-time and safety improvements.
• Support capital equipment selection, qualification, implementation and new tech introduction.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, manufacturing standards and SPC.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI, technology transfers and operator training.
