Job summary
Anduril Industries is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focusing on PCBA in Costa Mesa, California. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) to optimize manufacturability and work closely with cross-functional groups to support production. The role comes with a salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field, manufacturing or design in PCBA and SMT processes.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<25%) to support global manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) to transition products from prototype to production.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering teams to feedback Design For Manufacturability.
- Establish scalable DFM frameworks across products and manufacturing partners.
