Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on soldering experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly.
• Experience with surface mount and through-hole soldering.
• Ability to read production docs and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface mount and through-hole soldering on PCBs and assemblies.
• Solder, remove, replace, and rework components per work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and workmanship.
• Read and follow drawings, BOMs, travelers, and inspection criteria.
• Follow ESD procedures and maintain a clean workstation.
• Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering to resolve issues.
