Job summary

Sanmina invites applications for a Sr. Product Engineering Supervisor. The role leads a team of Product Engineers, driving technical documentation, system efficiency, and process improvements. You will liaise with Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to ensure project success and align outputs with capabilities.

You will balance technical PCB manufacturing expertise with strong people management, resolving issues and promoting continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of PCB manufacturing experience, 7+ preferred.
• 3+ years in supervisory or lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of engineering tooling operations and PCB materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Engineers.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; optimize resource allocation.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Implement updated methodologies to streamline workflows.
• Coach and manage performance and onboarding.
