Job summary

You will use daily production meetings plus inputs from Program Management, Stockroom, Engineering, and Management to execute build schedules and maximize throughput across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Prior planning experience in EMS/CM preferred, 3–5 years.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple inputs and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptable to a high-change production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production schedules from system data and inputs.
• Review projected builds and schedule releases to machines/lines.
• Rebalance schedules as priorities shift and information changes.
• Ensure smooth flow of job releases and throughput for SMT work cell.
• Recommend overtime or headcount adjustments to maintain throughput.
• Use analytics to monitor production performance and resource utilization.
