Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Manufacturing Production Process Engineering – PCB to design, develop and implement efficient PCB production processes for mass production. You will apply advanced technical knowledge to drive project performance and innovation, ensuring compliance with GxP standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2 years in PCB engineering/manufacturing, and at least 1 year of leadership. Onsite location with 0–10% travel; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+16yrs; M.S.+0 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Experience in PCB Engineering/Manufacturing
• 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced projects and apply innovative solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production, including equipment layout and sequencing of operations.
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery to factory conditions.
• Conduct tests throughout production to control variables and troubleshoot production problems.
• Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications to best use equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure processes comply with GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining documentation.
