Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Associate I, Manufacturing Production Process Engineering to design, develop, and implement efficient mass-production processes. You will ensure equipment layout efficiency, troubleshoot production issues, and guide technical specifications.

You'll apply technical knowledge to support project goals, ensure compliance with GxP and SOPs, and collaborate with design engineers.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to support project goals.
• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production, including equipment layout.
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery to factory conditions.
• Conduct tests throughout production stages to control variables and troubleshoot production problems.
• Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications.
• Ensure production processes and procedures comply with regulations, adhering to SOPs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control.
