Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Manufacturing Production Process Engineering to design, develop, and implement efficient production processes for mass production. The role focuses on equipment layout, troubleshooting, and shaping technical specifications to optimize manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
• English read/write/communicate fluently required.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to perform tasks and support project goals effectively.
• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production, including layout of manufacturing equipment.
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery to factory conditions.
• Conduct tests to control variables and troubleshoot production problems.
• Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications.
• Ensure processes comply with GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining documentation.
