Qualifikationen

• 8+ years with Bachelor's; 6+ with Masters; 4+ with PhD in related field.
• On-site full-time work at Cincinnati, OH location.
• Minimum 8+ years' experience designing PCBs with HDI, multi-layer layouts.

Aufgaben

• Execute placement and routing of complex, high-density PCBs including high-speed and RF circuits.
• Interpret schematics and mechanical constraints to optimize layouts for performance and manufacturability.
• Create fabrication/docs packets for procurement and assembly partners.
• Apply IPC/high-reliability standards and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Support DFM/ DFA/ DFT reviews to improve yield and robustness.
• Own PCB layout tasks from concept to data release for programs.
