Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in South Plainfield, New Jersey is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication facility. This role includes total operational efficiency, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5–7 years of facilities management experience, especially within high-tech manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams and managing compliance with safety regulations, while also contributing to long-term strategic planning and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities management experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor fab or PCB fabrication facility is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing a team of facilities technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operational efficiency and maintenance of the PCB fabrication facility.
• Implement and oversee Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
