Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced PCB designer for remote US deployment. You will prepare complex PCB design layouts per verbal and engineering inputs, ensuring fabrication and testability align with Collins best practices.

Collaboration with mechanical/electrical engineering and vendors is required. Ideal candidates have an AA/AS degree with 10+ years in hardware design, proficiency with Mentor Graphics tools, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Mentor Graphics tools and electronic hardware design.
• Strong understanding of IPC standards and design for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex PCB design layouts per verbal instructions and engineering inputs to create high‑complexity circuit card assemblies.
• Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering and PWB vendors to troubleshoot designs and provide CAD tool expertise.
