Job summary

The role includes managing projects across various teams and conducting detailed analyses to support new designs.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in PCB CAD tools. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $123,000 annually, with generous benefits including 401(k) and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCB or substructure/layout or related experience.
• Preferred IPC CID/CID+ certification.
• Knowledge of signal and power integrity fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new or modified products for sustainable and profitable product lines.
• Coordinate and lead projects between various teams.
• Perform experiments and analyze results of different variables.

Skills

Proficiency in PCB CAD tools (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Siemens Xpedition, or KiCad)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High-speed routing and controlled impedance design

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects
