The role is full-time with hybrid work options and a base salary range of $128,898.00 to $152,441.35 per year. The position involves acting as a technical liaison for new products, materials, and designs, collaborating with engineers, presenting data, and mentoring staff, with extensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in electrical engineering and product development of RF PCB.
• Experience with RF layouts including impedance matching, isolation, and insertion loss.
• Presenting data and designs to technical and non-technical audiences; writing project reports.
• Using Excel for data collection and graphical presentation of data.
• 40 hours per week and base salary range provided in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison providing troubleshooting and technical support for projects related to development of new products, materials, and designs.
• Work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of multiple factors.
• Align with engineers to ensure process development and qualification.
• Present data on material, machines or process impacts in various forums.
• Participate in assessment, test and design review and create new designs to meet needs.
• Evaluate and provide baseline recommendations for designs based on PCB costs and performance trade-offs.
• May train other engineers and technicians and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with outside sources such as vendors or auditors.
