Qualifications

• BSc Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Proven PCB layout experience in high-speed/high-density apps
• Experience with Cadence CIS and Cadence Allegro
• Familiar with PCB fabrication, DFM best practices, IPC standards
• Strong understanding of signal/power integrity and thermal management

Responsibilities

• Execute high-speed, high-density PCB layouts for optical sub-assemblies
• Create and manage layout and build files across PCB designs and multi-layer packaging
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for floor planning and constraints
• Work with hardware engineers to optimize layouts for performance and manufacturability
• Develop schematic symbols and footprints, streamline design workflows
• Complete schematic capture with the electrical design team
• Contribute to next-gen PCB design technologies and skills growth
