Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer in Warrendale, PA to lead hands-on analog, mixed-signal, and power PCB design. You will design schematics and layouts in Altium Designer, optimize placement and routing, and ensure impedance control and thermal compliance for high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, and Ethernet.

Collaboration with global teams is essential. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on PCB experience, strong knowledge of SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Altium schematic and PCB layout.
Strong knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and power PCB design.
Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, LVDS, or SerDes.
Understanding of DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, Signal Integrity, and Power Integrity.
Good English communication skills and ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

Design and develop PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer.
Perform component placement, routing, and PCB stack-up design.
Work on controlled impedance, differential pairs, and length matching.
Support analog, mixed-signal, power, and high-speed circuit designs.
Ensure PCB designs meet DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, SI/PI, and thermal requirements.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
