Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer in Warrendale, PA to lead hands-on analog, mixed-signal, and power PCB design. You will design schematics and layouts in Altium Designer, optimize placement and routing, and ensure impedance control and thermal compliance for high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, and Ethernet.

• Hands-on experience with Altium schematic and PCB layout.
• Strong knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and power PCB design.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, LVDS, or SerDes.
• Understanding of DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, Signal Integrity, and Power Integrity.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with global teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Altium schematic capture and PCB layout design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analog, mixed-signal, power, and high‑speed PCB design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer.
• Perform component placement, routing, and PCB stack‑up design.
• Work on controlled impedance, differential pairs, and length matching.
• Support analog, mixed-signal, power, and high‑speed circuit designs.
• Ensure PCB designs meet DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, SI/PI, and thermal requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory hands‑on experience with Altium schematic and PCB layout tools.
• Strong knowledge of analog, mixed‑signal, and power PCB design.
