Qualifications

• Experience supporting end‑user computing, access management, and complex troubleshooting.
• Current U.S. Government Secret clearance (or enrolled in CE) to be considered.
• Experience with Windows desktop OS, Active Directory, and enclave‑based environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Help Desk Analyst, providing direction for end‑user devices, access, and cloud services across classified environments.
• Coordinate across teams to diagnose multi‑system issues affecting workstation and enclave connectivity.
• Maintain classified handling requirements and approved access methods in procedures.
• Provide on‑site and off‑site user support for hardware, software, and secure connectivity.
• Use Active Directory to provision, unlock, reset, and validate user and device access while ensuring compliance with enclave controls.
• Document resolutions, known errors, and escalation patterns to improve repeatability.
