CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to drive financial analysis and pricing within PBM and Enterprise pricing strategies.

You will work with Caremark and Aetna teams to optimize pricing, terms, and profitability across multiple client segments. The role demands strong actuarial and analytical skills, experience in PBM or health plan pricing, and the ability to deliver data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role, or comparable industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, actuarial science or other risk management or data related fields or equivalent experience.
• Actuarial certifications are a plus.
• Strong technical skills in Excel.

Mansioni

• Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on competitive analysis.
• Assist underwriting leadership to develop downstream pricing with segment data.
• Complete tasks in Caremark underwriting models and FAF systems.
• Ad‑hoc analysis to support internal and client requests.
• Build relationships with Sales, Account Management, Caremark, and Finance partners.
