Responsibilities

• Support health plan client retention and negotiate contracts that memorialize terms.
• Influence operational execution to ensure negotiated intent is achieved.
• Mitigate financial and relationship risks and facilitate strategic discussions with health plan clients.
• Negotiate contracts that accurately memorialize agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations to ensure proper documentation and handoff.
