Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to manage complex contracts and negotiate terms with PBM clients. You will influence pricing, governance, and partner relationships within the Client and Finance teams to support retention and profitability.

The role requires strong financial analysis, contract management experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple groups. A Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields is expected, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' financial analysis, pricing, or underwriting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Knowledge of PBM finance (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience managing complex legal documents (preferred).
• Ability to work with all management levels and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Master's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents, and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support the execution of contract strategies across clients, vendors, and/or providers.
• Adhere to contract governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
• Ensure proper documentation, execution, and handoff of contracts across internal stakeholders.
