Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial, contractual, and business strategies to large PBM contracts. You will support health plan client retention, influence operational execution to meet negotiated terms, and help mitigate financial and relationship risks in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

In this role you will draft, negotiate, and renew full contracts; collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant

Qualifications

4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

Oversee the review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts.
Support contract strategies across clients, vendors, and providers.
Adhere to governance processes, documentation standards, and workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations to build partnerships.
Ensure documentation, execution, and handoff of contracts across internal stakeholders.
