You will influence operational execution, negotiate terms, and drive agreements that reflect evolving industry practices while supporting CVS Health’s financial objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or underwriting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel for complex data analyses.
• Knowledge of PBM finance is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex legal documents and contracts.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of contracts.
• Support contract strategy execution across clients, vendors, and providers.
• Adhere to governance processes, standards, and workflows.
• Build partnerships with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals and Consultant Relations.
• Ensure proper documentation, execution, and handoff of contracts across stakeholders.
