Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial, contractual, and business strategies to large, high-impact PBM client agreements. You will support health plan client retention, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Consultant Relations to memorialize terms and protect CVS Health’s financial objectives.

Qualifications

4 or more years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis
Experience managing complex legal documents
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, including VPs and executives
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Political Science, Pre-Law, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts
Support contract strategies across clients, vendors, and providers
Adhere to contract governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows
Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations
Execute evolving legal strategies to provide competitive, profitable pricing offers and help CVS Health win in a competitive marketplace
