Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting.
• Strong Excel and Office skills for data analysis and presentations.
• Experience handling complex legal documents and contracts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review, drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support contract strategies across clients, vendors, and providers.
• Adhere to governance processes, documentation standards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
• Develop and implement evolving legal strategies to offer competitive pricing.
