CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial, contractual, and business strategies to large PBM client agreements. You will support client retention, influence execution to meet negotiated terms, mitigate risks, and negotiate contracts that memorialize terms accurately.

Formación

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Proficient in complex data analysis with Excel.
• Experience managing complex legal documents.
• Ability to interact with management and executives professionally.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with business groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Political Science, Pre-Law, Business, Economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in draft, negotiation, approval, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support contract strategies across clients, vendors, and providers.
• Adhere to contract governance processes and approved workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
• Execute evolving legal strategies to provide competitive pricing offers and protect financial objectives.
