Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial, contractual, and business strategies to large PBM client agreements. You will work within the Client and Finance organization to maintain and develop contracts reflecting evolving industry strategies.

You will support health plan client retention, influence operational execution to meet negotiated terms, mitigate risks, and negotiate contracts that memorialize agreed terms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support execution of contract strategies across clients, vendors, and providers.
• Adhere to contract governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
• Ensure proper documentation, execution, and handoff of contracts across internal stakeholders.
