Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply advanced financial and contractual strategies to large PBM client agreements. You will support client retention, influence operational execution, mitigate risks, and negotiate contracts reflecting agreed terms.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other departments, and ensuring governance and workflow compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Experience managing complex legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support execution of contract strategies across clients, vendors, and/or providers.
• Adhere to contract governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
