Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to manage complex pricing and contract strategies with PBM clients. You will support contract development, negotiations, and governance across internal teams to ensure negotiated terms are executed accurately and reflect business risk and profitability.

Requires strong financial analysis, pricing, and Excel skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple high-impact contracts in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

4+ years in financial analysis, pricing or underwriting
Proficiency in complex data analysis with Excel

Responsibilities

Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts
Support contract strategies across clients, vendors and providers
Adhere to contract governance processes and approved workflows
Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, Consultant Relations)
Ensure proper documentation and handoff of contracts across internal stakeholders
