Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial and contractual strategies to large PBM client agreements. You will support client retention, influence execution to meet negotiated terms, and help manage financial and relationship risk while aligning with CVS Health's objectives.

You will oversee pricing commitments, draft and renew contracts, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Underwriting to adapt strategies to market dynamics and deliver

Qualifications

• 4 or more years’ financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Experience managing complex legal documents.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, including VPs and executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Political Science, Pre-Law, Business, Economics or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support the execution of contract strategies across clients, vendors, and/or providers.
• Adhere to contract governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
• Execute evolving legal strategies in response to market dynamics to provide competitive pricing offers.
