Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract/financial negotiation experience with PBM knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal.
• Oversee governance, documentation, and approvals across stakeholders.
• Negotiate complex terms, including financials and SLAs.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales to optimize contracts.
