Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of payroll tax experience focusing on notices, amended returns, and corrections.
• Experience resolving State and Federal payroll tax notices independently.
• FPC certification required; CPP preferred for 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts including notices and amendments.
• Independently research complex State and Federal payroll tax notices and resolve balance-due issues.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Form 941-X and state equivalents).
• Support correction workflows and document audit trails from intake to closure.
• Collaborate with Corrections, Amendments, Pay & File, and Tax Notice teams.
