Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll Tax Services to lead a high-volume, multi-state payroll tax operation supporting 100,000+ employer accounts and $1B+ in annual payroll taxes.

You will guide managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with internal teams and state/federal tax agencies. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume, multi-state payroll tax environment.
• Experience with ADP MasterTax, Workday or comparable systems; Solomon experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FEA, federal/state payroll tax requirements and related audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate payroll tax processing across jurisdictions.
• Oversee reconciliations, deposits, filings, and year-end tax reporting.
• Maintain relationships with federal and state tax agencies to facilitate issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams for state tax accounts, SUTA rates, and local tax compliance.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements.
