Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience, preferably in a multi-state payroll environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, tax adjustments, and quarter-end/year-end payroll tax processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payroll tax compliance changes and regulatory requirements.
• Lead research of state and local tax jurisdictions for compliance.
• Perform payroll tax reconciliations for bi-weekly payrolls.
• Interpret payroll policies and tax regulations.
• Assist with federal and state payroll audits.
