The position requires 2-3 years of payroll tax reporting experience and proficiency with Workday and MS Office. The work arrangement is hybrid, with on-site days as determined by the manager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or 3-5 years of related experience.
• 2-3 years of payroll tax reporting experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ADP vendor relationships and payroll tax lifecycle processes.
• Ensure payroll tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Review daily/quarterly/year-end payroll tax-related files and reports.
• Support tax withholding, remittance, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Respond to tax notices and inquiries with researched responses.
• Assist with special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
