Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll tax processing and filing experience.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience working across multiple payroll or tax systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll tax deposits and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Research regulatory updates and resolve tax discrepancies.
• Prepare quarterly and annual filings; monitor changes affecting compliance.
