Job summary

Hyundai Mobis North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Richmond Hill, GA. The role oversees end-to-end payroll operations, ensures data integrity across systems, and supports key departments with critical reporting.

The successful candidate will manage payroll cycles, maintain HRIS data, and prepare customized reports for Headquarters, Finance, and Production. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is preferred.

• Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll cycle workflow and ensure accurate calculations.
• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll and monthly expatriate payroll.
• Enter and maintain master data in HRIS (wages, withholdings, direct deposit).
• Maintain employee payroll records and verify timesheets per policy.
• Create attendance audit reports and correct payroll before processing.
• Provide reports to HQ, Finance, and Production as requested.
• Perform reconciliations and manage ACH returns.
• Assist new hires with required forms and onboarding.
• Perform other duties as required.
